Mom's Birthday

Monday I took my mom to lunch at one of our favorite Italian restaurants, Biaggi's. It was So good, not not crowded...perfect. We had a great time talking and trying to figure out all the ingredients in our food (we do that every time we go out to eat together). Jacob was really good too - he usually is, but it might have helped to notice their kids meals come with an ice cream sundae...so I told him that they give the good kids ice cream :). It worked!
After lunch we came back to our apartment and I gave my mom a pedicure while we all watched "Thoroughly Modern Millie", one of my mom's favorite movies. My parents went to see that movie on their first date, so naturally, I watched it growing up. It's one of my favorite movies. In fact, when I was getting to know Michael (back in the day), and he told me he had seen that movie - it made me like him more! hahaha Its not a favorite of his, but he watches it with me :).

Jacob had never seen it - he loved it! I wish I had pictures of all the times he danced and laughed. We all had a great time! Later that night Jacob asked me to do the "tapioca" and ran around saying "shoo show, shoo show!" Good times...
