Well, after months of anticipation, Sabella is finally here! She was born February 18th, weighing in at 6lbs. 15oz. and 20 inches long...and just as beautiful as she could be! Rachel was amazing for her birth, she is a wonderful mom!
Maybe its just me...but this was such a special moment to me. Growing up, you talk with your sisters about getting married, having babies...and you wonder what they will look like, where you will be in life...I felt so blessed to see my sweet sister's family begin growing- its something I have longed to see all my life. Families change, grow and scatter, and you are never quite prepared for the changes (at least it feels like that sometimes). It felt so amazing to see my big sister hold her small baby and love her only the way a mother can...I have been blessed to see my other 2 sisters with their newborns as well. I am excited for more fun conversations, laughter, tears and sisterhood now that we are all mommies!

Jacob loves Rachel and Gary so much, he was having fun with Gary while we gushed over the baby and snuggled her :).
Jacob has a cough (you know, the one that takes forever to go away...) so we put a "ninja" mask on him...he was a great sport about it. He was so excited to see baby Sabella. Earlier that day when my mom called from the hospital to let us know she was born, she held the phone up and as Sabella cried - Jacob had the biggest smile on his face, and it took all I had to keep him calm until we got to go to the hospital and see her. Turn up the volume for this one, there are some sweet moments!Jacob loves babies, and is so excited about Sabella! I am so excited to watch her during the time Rachel will be at work - Jacob can't wait to have her either! I am thankful for the opportunity because I really want Jacob to learn how to live with another kid in the house! :)
We are so happy for Gary and Rachel and we love them dearly!

She is so cute! Congrats to Rachel! Did she tell you we saw each other in the parking garage after seeing Brian Regan? Couldn't really stop and chat, we just rolled the window and said hi from the car. And then she had her baby just days from that! Wow. Jacob is really cute in that video, how fun!
Thank you for helping us feel so apart of life in Colorado! This is one of those events that is so hard to miss! We can see how in love Rachel & Gary are with Sabella! We are so excited for them to join the parent club too! Hugs and Kisses from Florida!!!
