A great Monday!

Today began wonderfully! Jacob has been very excited to make "cities" in the living room every day, and unfortunately most mornings I am running around getting things done while Jacob plays. This morning Michael had some extra time before he had to be to work, so he spent some time playing with Jacob - it was so fun! :)Train tracks! It made Jacob's day to start off playing with Dad! Usually Jacob gets to play for a little while in the evening, so it was a special treat to have Daddy time. Michael is a wonderful dad, and I am so amazed at how well he juggles everything. Jacob certainly loves being with Michael - I hear him laugh more during those times than at any other.

That night Jacob went to a birthday party for his good friend, Simon. It was a blast!
They had great food and games, but I didn't get too many pictures. Anne and Mago threw a great party! :) Jacob was sad to come home.

Great time with Daddy and great friends...I am truly thankful to see Jacob learning to love and appreciate some of the things that matter most.
