Lil' Biggs...

I had planned on taking Jacob somewhere fun Saturday night, even got him down for a late nap to insure happiness all around...then we missed it! So, I took him to Lil'Biggs and we had a blast! Its pretty cheap, included dinner, and they had a lot of fun things to play with...Jacob first found the firefighter gear and fire truck - he went back and forth with it the whole time...I rode in the back for a while, then I had to get out when we had a flat tire and Jacob had to fix it... :)

They also have a big sandbox will all sorts of toys - Jacob loved it and soon made little friends there to play with. It was awesome to get to play in sand I don't freak out about! After living in a neighborhood with no fences, deer everywhere and nothing to cover the sand, you see many reasons to take them home and hose them down... haha

They had all sorts of themed areas, since I am partial to guitars, I had to post this one...
Over the course of an  hour I asked Jacob if he wanted ice cream 2 or 3 times...each time he said, "No thanks Mom, I just want to play!"...finally he wanted a drink and soon decided it was ice cream time. It was short lived though - he ate a few bites and then ran back to play...I have NEVER seen him do that! :) 
Jacob getting upset with me for taking more pictures...he is wagging his finger at me. Gee...I wonder where he learned that....hmmm.
Over all, it was really fun, cheap and he played so well. They had other things, like a bounce house (hilarious to see him in there falling and laughing...), a big train, slides...and I didn't have to cook or entertain! :)
