We had to have another "It's not Christmas even though its snowing" talk with Jacob yesterday because we woke up to a beautiful snow flurry...poor guy. He was so excited about the snow though, I think he soon forgot about it. We ran errands and then went up to Grandma's house to play in her snow. It was FREEZING! But we braved it for a little while so Jacob could play. He got out in the yard and all he did was run...and run...and run! I think there is a gene somewhere in little boys that just makes them run involuntarily - Jacob runs or "gallops" most everywhere these days...I took this picture in the first 2 minutes we were there:
I don't always understand my little boy - but I am truly thankful for him and the things he teaches me as I try to teach him a few things :).

within 2 min?? Wow...That's impressive! I love the picture you took of it. It just says it all.
I am on the verge of maybe being jealous that you guys have snow, and we don't yet. I thought for sure we would have had a ton by now! I too have had to give that talk to the boys before-hahaha!
