Jacob LOVES to cook! If I am in the kitchen getting things ready to make anything, he goes and gets his stool or asks to get up on the counter to help me. I was making something pretty involved (can't remember what it was though, haha) and Jacob wanted to cook with me. He was up on the counter and asked me for a spoon. Before I knew it he had put some herbs in the crockpot and asked for some water. We had a lot of fun together - each of us making dinner.

He made sure to stir it carefully and then let it cook. He told me he was making it for his friends. When I was done with our meal, his was almost finished :). 
He was so happy and proud to make something himself - and he even let me have a spoonful! It wasn't bad, really...and Michael got to have some when he got home from class that night. 
Thank you for "dinner" Jacob! We love you!
