Star Wars

I knew the day for this post would come...Michael and Jacob watched parts of Star Wars together for the first time! :) Michael knows the movies so well, he could skip parts for Jacob (we are fairly strict about what we let him watch)...and he absolutely loved it! He has told me a few times this morning that he wants to be a Jedi.

Michael loved Star Wars when he was younger, and ever since we found out we were having a boy Michael has looked forward to sharing things like this with Jacob. It all got started the other day when we were at my parents house, and my brother-in-law found it on TV and let Jacob see the Ewocks (I have no idea how to spell that...). I don't know much about Star Wars, but Michael likes the older ones the best, those are the ones we own. Michael let Jacob start at the beginning with Episode 4.
All last night and this morning Jacob has been making all the great sound effects that come with "space adventures" and asked me if I would be a Jedi, too. Let the fun begin! :)
