This video was taken when Jacob was just 10 weeks old (really!) with his Grandma Clifford. I just wanted to share one of Jacob's laughs with you! Sorry its sideways...

Oh Ruth, I'm sorry you had a bad day! Just know, you are not alone in the "no patience" boat. Shanda said something to me that really stuck and it's always made me feel better when I'm having a hard day. The children we have are given to us because our Heavenly Father knew that we could handle the challenges and sad days and everything else that comes with having children, and especially the children that we have. We were tough enough to work through those tough times and still have the patience and capacity to love them. Anyway...my Heavenly Father has faith in me that i can do it and that helps me a lot. You guys should come over and make a tent with us!
I know I'm a few days late commenting, but I hope everything is better for you! I know exactly how you feel too! It seems that the days/weeks when I'm grumpy, impatient, or not feeling well, are the same days/weeks everything in my home falls apart- including the boys behavior. Potty training is hard on everyone, but soon it will be over and you'll laugh about this post when you read it again in later months.
I hope Jacob has less messes (for your sake!) It is a good thing our Michaels are there for us to cry to!!! Cheer up!
