I had meant to take more Easter pictures, but there was so much fun to have, I forgot! Jacob woke up to these fun surprises from the Easter bunny - who knew those nets were for jelly beans? :)
The Easter bunny had left a trail of jelly beans to a special surprise. They all lined up and followed the jelly beans to discover a bowl of candy with a bunny inside. The bunny looked so cute - and then they all busted up laughing to see that the bunny "layed" Easter eggs (haha). Jacob was excited about the snakes in his basket!
It was funny to open this up to make breakfast and be greeted by so many little smiling faces...well, they look pretty worried to me, but it made for a good laugh!

Jacob and I have been reading and talking for a while about what Easter is really about and what we celebrate. I was so thankful to see that some of that sunk in when he and I talked that night about the day. I am grateful to see that he is learning eternal truth and starting to really enjoy learning about Jesus Christ and who He is. Its a wonderful time for us all!
