Little Bigg's

Thanks for your patience as I get caught up here....we had so much fun...its going to take a few days to get everything up here :) Ruth

A few months ago I took Jacob to Little Bigg's to play, and we loved it so much, Michael wanted to experience the magic for himself. It was SO incredibly nice to have Michael home during the holidays. He took off Christmas Eve Day through the Tuesday after New Years. No work! No school! Hooray!! Its been so long since we have been able to just go have fun without something hanging over our heads...it was a much needed fun time! 

There are many different things to do there, but one of our favorites was the fire truck! Jacob ran off to play somewhere else, and Michael had to have a turn in the drivers seat, too...
Jacob saw how much fun he was having, so he came back to drive. Michael was making us all laugh pretending to be on an emergency ride - I think that if Jacob was really driving that thing, it would feel like one, too!! Boys...
Speaking of boys...then there was the video games! Another favorite was the bounce house! We had it all to ourselves for a while - wahoo!

After it all, we got some ice cream and laughed for a while at the silly things we did there. When we were leaving the house that morning, Jacob insisted that each of us have a "Christmas sticker", aka: gift tags...or maybe we can just call it our "Christmas flair" (too many months working at T.G.I. Fridays back in the day scarred me for life...and yes, we had to have at least 15 pieces of flair... :P)
We had a great day as a family. A fun day out, and a mellow evening at home together.
